Pool and Spa Servicing
.My home was the locale for a big double graduation party for two of my granddaughters on Sunday, June 23. The invitation had concluded with "The pool is open." The pool was scheduled to be opened Fri., June 7; but due to flooding in my basement, I had to postpone it to give the motor a chance to dry out. We rescheduled it for Friday, June 21.
Keith had taken care of my pool for at least two or more years. Never had a problem. I could have given him all A's. My gut feeling tells me that when he got on Angie's List he was overwhelmed with jobs. Unfortunately, he hasn't learned how to say "no". You don't neglect your old customers and you don't take on more than you can handle. He did call mid-afternoon, Sat and when he was asked why he hadn't called us Fri., his reply was - he forgot. In the meantime we were fortunate to reach another company and they came out Saturday and Sunday - finishing up at 2;00pm with the party starting at 4:00pm. All's well that ends well.

A-1 Pool did a poor quality job. The pool was supposed to be cleaned and ready to swim in. When they were done the pool still had debris and dirt in it. When I contacted the owner he pretty much said fine don't pay me and don't use me again.
