Lyons National Bank - Geneva

I have a checking account with LNB. They gave me 6 books of checks, my choice of style for free at sign up. Online services are top of the line, with free, instant, cross customer transfers. They pay me interest on my checking account at the end of every month. LNB will reimburse me for any fees I accumulate using other banks ATM's. (Yes they pay me back for the ATM fees other banks charge)!! They have always been polite and have great service when I visit. Someone always says hello and remembers my name. I haven't done any loans or mortgages with them, so cannot comment on that end. I have also never experienced an overdraft issue. Overall would, and do recommend to anyone looking for a new bank to visit LNB.

We've been with several banks over the years. These people, they know your name. Your well being is their only goal and they mean it. I've got several mortgages and I have my business account with them. They are more of a home town bank. I like people that know you when you walk in. They know your first name. They have an old fashion approach. Sometimes, when people are handling your money and your loans, you want that old fashion approach. We like that there are hardly any fees and if you call them up and ask a question, they give you an answer. They are a friendly service that always seems to be done right and on time. There are no mistakes. We never get into a hassle with them and that is important . Especially when you are talking about handling mortgages and savings. We probably have 5 or 6 accounts there to juggle around. I've recommended them to family. You can recommend them to somebody and you can be sure they won't fall flat on their face.
