I should have been leery when they offered to charge me less
if I paid in cash. I hired them to remove the Freon from an old air
conditioner. Two days later when they were supposed to do the work they never
showed up. We spent the day at home waiting. They never called nor did they
respond to the messages we left. Three days later a bill was left on our door. When we disassembled the air conditioner
ourselves the line was still pressurized. This makes me wonder if they ever
actually removed the Freon. We made numerous attempts
to take payment to them but, by their own admission, no one is ever at the shop. We have never experienced such difficulty when trying to pay a bill. We wanted a receipt for our payment and that seemed to be an inconvenience. The entire
experience was very unprofessional. After the initial consultation they avoided personal contact. I will not use them again.

They always respond as fast as they can, they are professional, and the prices are good. We know them and their prices are reasonable. They come out whenever we call and make themselves available. They are accommodating.

The work was done professionally, very quickly and cost effectively, and we were magnificently impressed with the work they did. They were very timely; they came right out there. We actually feared a whole replacement of the furnace and a very major project, but we were thrilled they were able to come in and address all the problems that had been identified in the house inspection for the buyers. We thought it would cost several thousands, but it was less than $500. They came very highly recommended; we checked Angie's List and talked to a few people back there, and they turned out to be a good bunch of folks. We have had a chance to go and inspect the work, and the quality of their work has been good. Their punctuality wasn't much of a concern because the house was just available, and no one was living in it at that time; they were fine, but we did not have any constraints. All of our dealings were very professional. We would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

Very true to their estimate. The whole family was involved in the job, completed the installation of a large unit in less time than they estimated. They seem to only use high end A/C units like Trane so the price was more than some competitors but well worth it in the long run. Working like a dream on the hottest of days.
