John, Clark and Gary arrived on time and went immediately to work on system install. Kept me informed on progress at each step, then when install completed, reviews system operation with me and pointed out most important pages owner's manual if any questions later.

The work went very well and only took tow days. The work site was cleaned up each time at the end of the day and installation. They answered all the questions we had and explained how the new system worked.

They were prompt friendly, knowledgeable, explained features and benefits of oil vrs. propane. Explained operation and warranties of "Trane". Kept house clean, completed work on time. They are also great in an emergency -my old oil tank was leaking.

Eand V in Ithaca had the best pricing for heating oil and the most flexible terms for a cap. Basically as long as you let them stick to their auto-fill schedule they will honor the price cap. It is unclear if they are doing this because they are new in the area, or if they are just less expensive than everyone else.

I am a member of the club. Anything that they come out and fix is covered by that membership fee. They do good service. They know what they are doing. They let me know what is going on; they are personable.

We had an estimate given for their recomendations. The units were installed in 3 days.. The reslult was as good as told to us. We are very satisfied.
