Customer phone service is polite and professional, no complaints there. The first issue was they told me the wrong pickup date, so trash and recycle piled up for 2 weeks. Because my garbage and recycle were outside on the wrong days. It took 5 phone calls to figure this out, again customer service was polite. Next they did not pick up the bulky item when a special request was made. Then the truck broke and it could not be picked up on a special run. Currently the bulky item was missed again on a normal pick up date along with the standard trash tote. I have used Casella before, at my old house and those guys were great. The service at my new address has just been one hassle after another. I HAVE HAD TO CONTACT THEM OVER A DOZEN TIMES IN A MONTH TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY WASTE REMOVAL. Again customer phone service is fine.

DO NOT USE....After having been lied to for three weeks I am now going with another. If I could give 0 stars I would. Lie after lie after lie. They did not pick up for 3 weeks!!! Then they offer 1 week credit!!! Why one week instead of 3? Because the bin is too heavy for normal pickup??? What ? Say that again! You don't pick up (a service I paid for) then want to charge me extra for your failure. Do your self a favor..read the reviews (something I did not do) and get another company. Or if your near a recycling pant like ALPCO then use them. Cheaper and don't need to be lied to!
