Bill and Frank along with any other employees are a class act. They arrive on time and ready to work. They are dressed in neat respectable clothing. Their work is second to none, and all work is cleaned up and hauled off each day. They even sweep or shop vac before they leave for the day. I have had Bill Long Home Improvements do all work and any upgrades in this house over the 27 years I have owned it and will never consider using anyone else. Bill listens to your plans and dreams for a new addition or a renovation and works with you to attain them.

He is very good. We've used him several times. He has a small crew. His prices are very affordable. Sometimes his responsiveness has been very good but sometimes it takes a while for him to get back to us. We priced around on the last bunch of work. We had two other people come out and they never got back to us with estimates. We've used him 3 times and would absolutely use him again.
