+ -1 moreAbsolutely horrible. Assume realtor got kickbacks, she told me about problems (like house originally didn't appraise high enough) and was constantly harassing me, not the lender. Communication from Premium mortgage was not good. Got charged for multiple extensions even though purchased house when everything was shut down and literally could not close and sellers weren't ready to close. Now I'm dealing with insurance mess (company loan was sold to says I have no homeowners insurance) and basically got a **** off, not our problem email from premium. I would think if they sold the loan, they should've passed along insurance info. What a nightmare. Would absolutely never deal with them again or recommend.
