Jack Ward Plumbing & Heating

He abandoned the project, leaving me with approx $10,000 debt, trying to repair ALL of the gas leaks, home damage and buying an additional steam shower after his “employee” & Jack tried to make us accomplice in insurance fraud once John was brought back into my home by Jack(my husband kicked John out) and at that point, John broke my steam shower glass. We fired John his employee who tried to demand we drive him everywhere including probation and AA...we also found that Jack was going to sneak John back into our Home to do additional work without our consent or knowledge. Jack didn’t have adequate insurance to cover the damages, nor was he or staff knowledgeable with new appliances like my washing machine or new tub/steam showers and left a gas leak plus never contacted town to have the gas dryer line properly inspected which left my husband sick for a few weeks from being exposed to the gas leak. Jack and his employee failed to notify us when they also damaged my bathroom ceiling by stepping directly on the Sheetrock. He would never show up on time, failed to produce contract even after we requested it many times and his employee John set two bathroom walls on fire. All of these damages have cost us time, money & stress, especially since we are trying to rebuild from a fire last hear that occurred in the bathroom fan over my head which cost me full use of my dominant hand...this is not a company you want to hire on any level!

Jack came quickly, had the needed parts and was in and out. We talked about a few other potential jobs/trouble spots I had and he was frank and honest. I'll definitely call again and look forward to hiring for some more substantial projects.

It is excellent service, good work and good prices. I am still using him. We are doing some renovations back to back. He did one house and now he is doing another house. He completed one project already.

WARD PLUMBING AND HEATING WAS EXTREMELY RELIABLE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AS TO WHAT HAD TO BE DONE. THEY WERE EASY TO CONTACT AND VERY COURTEOUS.

WARD PLUMBING WAS VERY GOOD AND HONEST. THEY REPLACED THE WATER HEATER FOR US. WE THOUGHT THEY COULD REPAIR IT, BUT IT DID NEED TO BE REPLACED. IT WAS TEN YEARS OLD.

WARD PLUMBING QUICKLY REPLACED THE EXISTING PLASTIC HOSE WITH A FLEXIBLE COPPER HOSE. TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THAT DESPITE THE FACT THAT MANY GENERAL CONTRACTORS USE THE PLASTIC HOSE, THEY ALWAYS LEAK EVENTUALLY. DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB IN A TIMELY FASHION.

I WAS PRETTY HAPPY WITH THE WORK WARD PLUMBING AND HEATING DID. THEY FIRST CAME OUT AND GAVE ME A PRICE AND THEN STUCK TO THE PRICE WHEN DOING THE JOB. THEY WERE QUICK AND NEAT.

I WAS VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY TOOK A VERY LONG TIME, OVER 4 HOURS TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE DID NOT CALL ME WITH AN ESTIMATE AND JUST FIXED THE PROBLEM THE WAY THEY WANTED TO. VERY EXPENSIVE.
