He came on time and quickly. I told him my washing machine was 40 + years old and the make and model. He told me he had a truck full of parts. When he looked at the machine he told me I needed a transmission which he was pretty sure they do not make anymore. That he did not get last # of the model. At the machine for 2 minutes. He charged me the house call of $100. Which he advised me of before he came. He did call the next day to say he checked for part and it was discontinued. Honestly, I think he knew that before he came, but that is just my guess. He did come promptly but I have no idea regarding his skills.
