I had no problems scheduling the appointment or with anything else. They always come on time and both the staff and management are friendly and professional. They do good, solid work and I've never had a problem with the install. I like that they don't try to up-sell you on things like repairs or maintenance, which I really appreciate.

It was awesome. They did a great job. I have off-white carpeting and it was spotless when they were done. We had just moved in and they gave us some starters and tips on wood fires, as well as some safety information. The price was also reasonable.
