Sandra Meskin was referred by my real estate agent who has worked with Sandra on several deals. She gathered all my documents and pre qualified me for a building that I submitted an offer for. That building ended up going to another buyer. My real estate agent found another property and after some back and forth my offer was accepted. Sandra was very responsive and answered my hundreds of questions about obtaining a loan, taxes, credit scores, employment status, my wifes income, rates, loan types, down payment, rental income, property contracts, ARMs vs. Fixed rates, Jumbo loans, Loan to Value (LTV), and many many other questions I had. She also was willing to jump on a 3-way call and answer my lawyers questions also! Often Sandra would answer my questions late at night and on weekends as well. She also accommodated my paranoid internet security habit of encrypting documents. For the loan itself Sandra gave me Fixed rate and Jumbo ARM options. Sandra also consulted with her in-house advisers about steps I could take to raise my credit scores to receive the best possible loan. I haven't worked with Vanguard Funding previously but I can recommend Sandra Meskin with out hesitation.
