 + -1 moreEven though they agreed to cancel the remaining part of one of my three contracts before the 5 year term, I think it is not a good business practice to have no reasonable cancellation option in their contracts before he 5 year term. They did not get an overall rating higher than B only because of this reason.
Description of Work: Provider makes you sign a contract with a 5 year term with an autorenewal option which is not explained to you in advance. The paragraph containing the above information is not on the front page of the contract and can be easily missed.
