We hired Stepman Construction to fix our Master bathroom floor which was only 15 months old. Unfortunately the floor tiles were loose and most of the grout was coming out. The contractor who originally did the bathroom was unable and unwilling to fix their shoddy work even though this problem started less than 2 weeks after the bathroom was completed. After such an aggravating experience we interviewed ten contractors and finally decided on Stepman Construction. Everything in the bathroom had to be taken out, the old floor broken up and removed, a new floor to be laid and then everything put back in the bathroom. We were delighted with Stepman Construction. They did everything they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. They were detail oriented. They were careful and clean. They did everything possible to make sure the floor was done correctly and this time were are delighted with the results. The floor is now solid and all the grout remains as it should. We were very impressed with their work, their professionalism and their caring. We would not hesitate to hire this company again. Finally we can enjoy our new bathroom. We only wish they had done the bathroom to start with. That would have saved us a lot of stress, aggravation and money.
