"It has actually been more than 2 years...This home owner lives in Florida and her children, who occupy the property, repeatedly refused access to the house for a simple Smoke Detector inspection by myself or the Bldg Dept. Inspector, which would have resulted in a Certificate of Occupancy being issued. This was explained many times and this home owner waits for months to return my communications. ALL other inspections have been passed. This is a matter of public record. She retained a lawyer to sue me and the lawyer did not show up for the court date. That was a year ago."

"We will not do work in violation of Code and we will issue a contractual credit of $700 for an exterior door the customer has chosen to purchase and install by others, if & when the customer allows us to complete our contractual tasks in a manner which we know to be correct. The customer has chosen to cease all communication with us. We regret that we cannot satisfy this customer but will continue to make ourselves available to finish our work at their home. There are no leaks that we are aware of and no other money issues. We call them daily and would like to complete the project. All they need to do is answer the telephone."
