NOVASTAR

I found out after signing the contract - Nova Star - sub contracts out to roofers to do the work. They go into an disaster areas and subcontract with one or more existing construction firms in the area to do a job (you do not know what roofing company will do the actual installation). Secondly Bryon (Nova Star's representative) does not return phone calls on a timely basis, I had to chase him, and received various excuses. Bryon trys very hard to get you to sign a contract. (he made several promises for extra work- which he never fully completed. In adddition Nova Star's warranty is for approx 5 years not the 15 to 30 years that most roofers give in my area. In all fairness I can not recommend Nova Star I probably would have done better for price, lenght of warranty and timely commitments if I just asked who my neighbors used.or more importantly used Angies list of reviews. .
