awful. They were somewhat disorganized in that there were not enough people watching the doors so it was easy to walk out without paying. You could also slip many items into your bag and just walk out which I saw people do. In the end, Brian counted the money so fast I could not keep up nor did he let me recount to check him (very clever). I lost a bundle. The receipt I was promised for the furniture he "donated" NEVER came in the mail as PROMISED. He charged me $4400 to remove what he could not sell. In 2 days, I made less than $1000. Brian? He made out like a bandit. Did I say "bandit"? I tried contacting Brian by email and by telephone, but he never answered me nor my husband. We were not surprised. We are going to try having our attorney contact him. I just want to warn anyone who is considering using this company. Do not be fooled by Brian telling you he is with the antique appraisers association. Anyone can join by writing to them. It is no big deal. I belong to that association so I know. Brian knows very little about antiques especially when it comes to silver and clocks. That I know from experience and talking to him about my own antique clocks. He actually believed my grandfather clock in my hallway was real when I tried to explain it was not.
