When time is of the essence, we can have your "new" home ready by that "move-in" date (...with reasonable notice.) Since this service is on a "first-come..." basis, we recommend that you reserve your estimate at your earliest opportunity. We didn't hire him yet since he require an architect's plan to start the project. But he gave us a very sound advice.
Carmine and Lou started by covering all the furniture and tenting the area to prevent dust from escaping the work area. The end of the day the area was swept clean. Carmine explained each step of the remodel and what to expect. He also helped us with vendors tile ,appliances etc. and with the other trades plumbing and electric. He helped my wife with what the new area would look like and made her part of the process. As a new part of the project was completed my wife would say " I LOVE IT ". We all would say it at the completion of each phase. Carmine and Lou were a pleasure to work with . They work like they are working on their own homes. They do it right the first time and stand by their work. We would recommend them for any phase of your home improvements .
"This family was a pleasure and a joy to work for. There was excellent communication , and very timely decisions made each step of the way. We were happy to help with any extra discounts from each of our suppliers, and we were able to work seamlessly with their custom cabinet expert. As with most remodeling projects, there were some structural and design challenges, but together we came up with just the right cost-effective solutions, and the project moved forward without delays. I would be very lucky to have the opportunity to work with them again, on any of their future remodeling projects. Each day we would all wait to hear the daily review of our work . After her exacting scrutiny, the "Mrs." would hopefully proclaim in her very unique style... ...."I LOVE it !!" ,,,,,,,Couldn't ask for more !!! :)"

"It was necessary to postpone appointments and contracts because the needs of the current client required it. They purchased a house which had been abandoned for several years, and needed far more work than they originally anticipated. So we are staying on for as long as it takes to correct the problems…. We are STILL working there…. on the finishing details Sorry you couldn’t have your estimate when you wanted it, but their situation takes priority. That’s our “ pattern" ….. dedicated , quality remodeling."
