I'm not totally happy with it. They could have done a better job of installing my front door which I've had to have repaired several times. When I called them, they said, not Lowes the installer, the installer said, not me Lowes. I had to call someone else. The windows were okay, the door was a disaster. They were expensive. The door was badly installed and didn't fit. I had to do it over again. They wouldn't respond or help me. I wouldn't call them again. The day that they came to install, they did come. When they installed, they looked wonderful but then I ran into the problem of the front door. I did windows, I did storm doors, I did a lot of work with them, they should have treated me better but they didn't.

It went extremely well. My contractor at the time gave me the cabinet sizes I needed but I wanted to diagram it and make sure. Joe was extremely patient with me and really knows what he is doing. You would expect that a person in his position would know what they are doing but I have had many experiences in Lowes and Home Depot where this is not the case. Anyway, he ran it through and it did not match up 100%. He told me that he did not want me to end up with the wrong cabinets and advised that I measure the room myself and we set up an appointment to go over this again. Turns out that the contractor wrote the wrong dimensions and Joe had saved me from ordering a few of the wrong sized pieces. I was very pleased. He also advised me of specials that were running and I saved a good amount of money.
The cabinets were delivered to my home in a timely manner and I was pleased with the delivery crew as well.

My experience with them has been very good so far. They are using another contractor to do the work. Their professionalism has been very good.

I like them for very few things. I typically do not go to them first. They have a good assortment of cabinetry like the handles or the knob. The staff there is very courteous. Their price is the only problem.

It was a horrible experience. I don't usually shop at Lowe's anyway, and I was unhappy with them. I didn't buy anything. The answers I was looking for, they couldn't answer questions. I would not use them in the future.

Their price was in the ballpark. I checked another home improvement company and the price was in the ballpark but they had a high rate of problems with their doors so I went with Lowes. The door was installed properly and I had no problems.

My ratings on Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism all refer to the installer, Mr. Kevin Drudy and the one salesperson who actually wrote out my order not LOWE'S in general. I wasted quite a bit of time in the store and on the telephone waiting for information.
My first visit and conversation with a Lowe's door salesperson was unsatisfactory- I was told to buy the door and and then make arrangements for installation. I returned a second time, spoke to a different salesperson and was informed that the installer needed to take measurements (cost $35.00) from my house-which made sense- and that I would be contacted within 48 hours. Four days later, I called Lowe's and was told that someone would get back to me right away. They did not. The next day I again called and was told that the installer would call me. When he did, everything went well. He arrived promptly and the took the measurements. I called Lowe's again -as I was informed that I would be able to do- to order the door but no one answered the door department phone which necessitated another trip to the store. From then on everything was more than satisfactory. Kevin Drudy the installer called to make the appointment. He arrived at the time agreed and he installed the door quickly and neatly. He was very polite and professional and we are extremely pleased with his work.

It was a really cheap package deal. The workers were professionals and were in and out in a couple hours. They cleaned up and showed me how to maintain the work. All around it was a pleasant experience.

I was going to go with the main brand the store has in stock but the installer suggested the Peachtree brand as did the Lowes Salesperson. so for a little more money I feel I got a better window. Everything went well and I couldn't believe that the Lowes Contracting company was able to install the windows in 2 hours! I was very pleased with the overall experience and the value.

They have a wide selection of products. They know a lot about the products and how to use them. They were helpful.

The toughest part was just waiting to get the sales person to work with me. Once I did, the sales person was knowledgable and helpful. The installation person came promptly to measure the doorways. I got a phone call when the doors were ready to be installed. A quibbling complaint was that the woman that called to schedule the appt didn't leave a clear number, and when I called back I got an answering machine that sounded like a private home number (this was the installer's number). But once I dealt with the installer, they were honest about when they could come (it had rained heavily the day before, so on the day they came to install, they were running late because they had to go back to the previous job). I appreciated the "heads up" to know they'd be late. Once the installers came, they worked all day and cleaned up after themselves. We have a very old house (thus we bought new doors to replace the old ones that would no longer close) and the size of the doorways plus the age of the house made the job less than standard. Still, they made the doors fit perfectly. They were polite and professional. Lowes called before and after to make sure the installers were following through. They also provide a year warrantee on the labor. So far so good!

We were extremely pleased with work and the product provided by Lowe's. The workers were friendly and knew what they were doing so the work went quickly. I would recommend them to others for their countertops.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. HOWEVER, SOME OF THE CABINETS HAD TO BE RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER AND REPLACED. IT DID SLOW THE WORK DOWN A LITTLE. THE KITCHEN TURNED OUT VERY NICE, THOUGH.

LOWE'S DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY GOT THE JOB TAKEN CARE OF IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THE NEW DOORS MAKE MY HOME LOOK INVITING WHEN SOMEONE COMES UP TO KNOCK ON THE DOOR. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF NOT TEARING UP THE WALLS WHEN TAKING OUT THE OLD DOORS.
