Framing Service
The price wasn't cheap but I didn't feel like shopping around and figured since they said it would take at most two weeks I'd just do it with them. Well when I called to see if it was ready two weeks later I was told it wasn't and I didn't find them to be terribly sorry about it. After another delay I was told I could go pick it up. The man I was dealing with (I believe it's a family business and it was possibly a man and his son working the desk at the time) made it clear that he didn't value me as a customer. He said something under his breath in another language to his son (one of my biggest pet peeves), the son then looked at me and they both shared a laugh. Nice. I also got home to find that they didn't even put anything on the back of the frame for me to hang the art with. Needless to say I didn't bother to call them back about it. Never again. Very unprofessional.
