However, after just a few minutes of speaking with Bob Anderson, it was clear that he is truly an expert in mold remediation and prevention. He was the only contractor that we spoke with who had a comprehensive plan for dealing with our mold problem. Since our mold issue (unfortunately!) was not covered by insurance, he able to formulate a plan that was affordable but would still treat the problem. Another advantage is that he was able to handle the entire job, which helped us avoid juggling quotes and scheduling with numerous subcontractors.
Fran Vassallo was the project manager and was a pleasure to work with. The work was completed on schedule and the workers always showed up when he said they would.
We would highly recommend Anderson Contracting.
