Description of Work: Tom is currently our full time PM. We have been looking for a PM for several months and all the others just did not meet up to our expectations. We started in October of 2015 and within a month he was able to get the property fully rented to 2 separate tenants. But during the process he had many obstacles to overcome and he took care of all theses problems with sincerity, honesty and professionalism. I can not imagine what problems I would of had if I hired any of the other PM's I interviewed. He is extremely diligent in his work and protects the home owner in any way he can. I have already recommended him to others.

 + -1 moreI hired SG Properties to manage my two rentals about a year ago after having a private individual doing this task for several years. The change was like night and day. These guys took a mere two months to turn around a non-performing rental situation. Maintenance costs are completely reasonable and their policy on fees aligns their interests with mine. Good work, great communication, and solid reliability.
Description of Work: SG Property Management provides rental management services for landlords in the Albany, NY metro area. They have been managing my rental properties for a little over a year.
