I hired SG Properties to manage my two rentals about a year ago after having a private individual doing this task for several years. The change was like night and day. These guys took a mere two months to turn around a non-performing rental situation. Maintenance costs are completely reasonable and their policy on fees aligns their interests with mine. Good work, great communication, and solid reliability.
