Great. Had a sick kid and he even went to get bulbs that I had forgotten so my kid didn't need to leave the house! So nice!

Just for an example: He has changed over 4 electric service fuse boxes for us from old basement boxes to boxes in a more accessible area in apartments for tenants to be able to access them without difficulty. He has done major wiring in rehabbed properties and many projects for us in our home. We have had electrical problems which we have been unable to unravel and Jim figures them out in a split second, fixing them without difficulty. We have had tenant problems with old wiring for which he has been very prompt in responding.
He is meticulous and does excellent work. We consider him to be an extremely important member of our resource team.
