We had what we thought was a good first meeting to get an estimate for installing a whole house generator. We head nothing so I followed up and they promised a written proposal in a few days. That was that last we have heard from them. Disappointing as their initial communication seeemd good but there just was no follow up so we went with another provider.

Fantastic. Ian (Sales) was extremely responsive and took the time to answer all my questions - he was genuinely interested in making sure I had all the information I needed to make a good decision. The install was fast and the installation team was very friendly - they took plenty of time after the install to walk me through everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. They cleaned up completely (couldnt even tell they were there, except for the new generator outside). Would hire them again in a second.

I had an initial discussion with the owner to have a house generator installed. He gave a good price. When I was ready to get a more definitive price and have a walk-through, I called and he never returned the call.

Very disappointing, considering the price.

"I looked through my records and found that I had left the member a message on 9/30/11 at 9:45 AM. I not sure what could have happened. We were extremely busy at that time due to the response from the recent storms and I may have missed a call. My apologies. Two things that I'm dedicated to: returning phone calls and showing up on time (or calling to advise of a change)."

They were very professional. They were good guys. Their price was higher than everyone else so I went with somebody else. The guy was knowledgeable. He knew what he was talking about. Their price was not the lowest. They were on time. They were very good company. I would probably use them in the future.

A couple of circuits were wrong at first. I'm no longer sure whether it was our fault or theirs (one of each, maybe), but they fixed them at no extra charge. We had some trouble getting them to call back, but there were reasons: (1) the big ice storm happened and they got very busy and (2) the business was changing ownership. They had the best price by far; we got quite a few quotes.
