Adirondack Carpentry is owner run and operated. All work is performed by the owner, therefore maintaining 100 percent customer satisfaction. We use the latest technology and the best materials to produce a product that is far superior than the competition. We feel an educated customer is our best customer. During the initial meeting customers will be educated on all the necessary information pertaining to the project at hand. Through out the remodeling experience we maintain open lines of communication in which we encourage and welcome feedback. After the first visit, we agreed to move forward with the work. Anthony came back to deliver a signed contract and take a few more measurements. We gave him a first payment to start work. Less than a week later he sent me a picture of the work he completed so far, and it looked great! He added a little detail to the built-ins that we did not ask for, because he thought it would add to the aesthetic. He did not charge us extra for the detail trim. He is great at what he does and he was right. I think his opinion can definitely be trusted.
Then, he offered to do the installation on a Saturday so that we would not have to take time off of our jobs to have the installation done - this was a huge help for us. So he came on a Saturday and had one helper. They were there for about 6 hours and brought their own shop vac and drop cloth. They did everything they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. We still have to paint but we are using the built-ins every day and they are beautiful.
