The steps have remained in excellent condition for the past 5 years. They left the place very clean and were able to reuse some materials I already had, saving me some money. I have been very impressed and satisfied with the quality of their work.

Tom was very involved with the day to day of the project and was very responsive whenever I needed him.
In fact, the next summer when the ground shifted a bit and caused a couple of blocks to drop slightly, he came right back and repaired it. Wild Apple has been nothing short of spectacular and they will be my only source of stonework in the future.

Tom was very helpful from the very beginning. We drove over to his shop and and told him what we were looking for a varigated bluestone versus the standard "blue" bluestone, he was able to show us several samples and pinpoint exactly what we were looking for. When we finalized the order with Wild Apple we were given a written quote and gave a deposit of $1,500 (Tom is a really nice guy; and I can honestly say, we had no reservations about give him the deposit up front). We were told to expect delivery of the stone in 1-2 weeks. When we still hadn't heard anything about the order in two weeks, my husband called Tom, the owner, who promptly took action to get the ball rolling. After all was said and done, the order took about three weeks to arrive from date of placement, but was worth the wait. The stone has a nice hue and the beautiful rocked edges that we ordered. Additionally, I think Wild Apple's prices are a little better than the competition.
