IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I REALLY DON'T HAVE ANYTHING BAD TO SAY. IT WENT WELL AND WITHOUT A HITCH. NOW WE HAVE CENTRAL AIR. WHEN WE CALL THEM, HE ALWAYS COMES BECAUSE HE DOES OUR HEATING ALSO. WHEN WE CALL, IF IT'S AN EMERGENCY THEY COME WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS. IT'S JUST A MATTER OF TIME, IT'S NOT THAT THEY DON'T SHOW UP. WE'VE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.
