A&E Lawn Sprinkler Inc

After not calling back for several weeks, we had to contact the company through the owners cell phone to get a return call. They did not show on the appointment date, called back that evening indicating that they would be at the house in two days at 7:00 am in the morning. 
Needed them to come back again to fix one of the sprinkler heads that was leaking and they have not returned our call. The main line at the company is temporarily out-of-order.

I contacted A&E in the fall about improper winterizing done by one  of their employees and my concern over freezing my newly installed pump and water lines.  A& E owner Mike Ceroalo with my concerns, he stated that he would be right over and check the system pump and water line. He failed to show. In March 0f 2012, I tried to start my system only to find water blowing out from the new pump and water line. I contact Mike with what I found and described the cracks in the pump housing and water line. He said he would take care of it immediately as I had paid a considerable amount of money for installation and more for winterizing. I have called between 30-40 times, he continues to make promises and never shows. My last resort will be small claims court.

A&E put the new pump in and we have had problems so we have called them and they will not pick up their phone. When they do pick up the phone they will not come out. They are totally incompetent as they did not check to see the actual problem and justa ssumed it was the water pump. I know the owner's cell phone number by heart because I tried to call him so many times to get him back out here. Their price was also too high.
