He actually did the 2 smaller buildings, and then sent in another contractor who did our house's roof. He guaranteed the job. They never put on any snow stops, yet said they would back up and guarantee the job.
Since then, we have had numerable problems with the roof, mostly from snow build up. Several gutters are now damaged along with several window shutters, since the snow caused the collapse of the gutters. We have called several times and once Mr. Hershberger agreed to send over someone to meet with us, they never showed up. I have written letters, to no avail.
I would never recommend his company....one of the reasons we chose Hershberger was that they were Amish owned....Ha!!!
Beware of them.
