The initial installation was a mess. They bypassed the water heater, so the hot water was not softened, and still turned orange from iron. We called to ask that they come back and fix it and initially, they did not believe that it could have been installed incorrectly. The man who came, was shocked by what he saw, and did his best to fix the installation. We ended up with a complicated nest of pipes, but ultimately, it worked. Several times over the years it has broken and each time, it takes at least two to three attempts for them to correctly repair the system. Beginning in January this year (2017) the system stopped working. They have been here four times. It's now April, and we are still without usable water. This company seems to either be intentionally attempting to defraud us by randomly repairing parts that are not the actual problem, or they are grossly incompetent, and are simply replacing parts hoping they will get lucky. My family has spent hundreds of dollars on water for drinking and for doing laundry at the laundromat. This company has no regard for their customers.
