Top notch dealer, and they're hard to find. We bought our 4th Jeep and every experience was a positive one. Tom Gilbo is the best.. The deal as usual was excellent, the sales staff is very easy to work with. They're not high-pressure. They made us aware of a gas mileage issue with Jeep Patriots with the off-road package, which is the vehicle that we bought. We bought it due to their up-front honesty and many past successful purchases. Months later, we're very pleased with the Jeep; it's the best one yet.

I had a Lift gate and rear window replaced at a Ford Dealer down near Syracuse. The defroster and wiper did not not work, so I took it back, they "supposedly" replaced the window again, and then again when it still didn't work. I decided to take it somewhere else, and so brought it to Par-K. They replaced the glass, fixed the wiper, and washed and waxed my car, and vacuumed the inside (it was filthy cause I carry around 2 German Shepherds). They didn't charge me a thing and said they would work it out with the insurance company.
