My name is Tyler French and I have worked in the construction industry for years. As a home buyer, I have experienced the stressful process myself. I understand the fear of the unknowns when buying and selling a home. I decided to become a licensed home inspector so I can use my construction expertise to make this process easier for others. During a thorough home inspection, I take great pride in my attention to detail, from the roof to the foundation. My checklist goes beyond the minimum NYS requirements so you can buy and sell confidently. To ensure my client has a complete understanding of my checklist, I include pictures and narratives. I know the real estate process moves quickly. I provide a complete report in a timely manner. I also realize that these reports can be overwhelming, which is why I keep my reports clear and uncomplicated. Following an inspection, I can review the findings with you to address any questions or concerns you may have.
