They came out relatively quickly, diagnosed the issue and ordered the part immediately. THe part came in 2 days later and they replaced it in less than 20 minutes. He also looked at another appliance in my house that wasn't working and didn't charge me anything after recommending it be replaced due to the age of the appliance.

They were very nice and have done business with them in the past. They are on time, get the job done and are super pricey. They are just common working folks who are on time and professional. I will use them again in the future.
