Description of Work: Nothing is the simple answer. Here is the story. A bird flew into and cracked one of our windows. This happened in early 2013 and the crack was causing heat leakage and worried myself and my wife that the window would shatter due to temperature changes. So we called for a new pane of glass immediately. We called and placed an order, gave measurements over the phone as requested and got an estimate. We were told this would take a couple of weeks and we would be all set. We waited more than enough time before the window crack continued to expand. Finally we gave in, felt bad, but called to question the delay. We were told basically "Oh my, so sorry, we missed this order and will get it taken care of asap. We will be out by next week Wednesday." Wednesday came and went. Finally we called back, again to our dismay they again never ordered the window. I asked, with a bit more frustration, if they could reorder it as my window crack was still getting larger. Jim, I believe the owner, assured me it would be rushed but that measurements were needed beofre this. He indicated that he would measure the window himself on his way back from vacationing for Memorial Day. A wonderful gesture indeed, and I was very impressed. However, today, Wednesday, I called and spoke with Jim again as he had never come to measure. this time Jim says we are outside of his normal area, we are about 10 miles from Fulton. He then promptly hung up on me. Unbelievable and inconsiderate! This was about 30 minutes ago and it is taking all of my willpower not to call back and give a piece of my mind.
