Decide to call <ackie's in Frewsburg hoping they would deliver since I live very deep in the country. Turned out that I bought a new washer over the phone - all details very well covered - set up a delivery date. Truck came on time and two young men very professionally surveyed what needed to be done, throughly explained each step needed to remove old washer and replace with new one, They were very conscientious of my home taking care which moving each washer. It was done in no time at all. It pays to buy locally and talk to someone local. Couldn't have done any better if I had gone to the store. Also advised service calls can be made and noted with the distance involved, it could take some time unless a dire emergency.
Description of Work: On July 19, my washer quit - wouldn't utilize either the wash cycle and fill would not shut off. Water continued to flow but I was able to get to spin cycle to empty washer. Attempted to re-start to no avail.
