On 3/28/07 I ordered 3 shower doors; two standard sliding doors and one custom frameless. It took them nearly a month to install and at that time. They realized they had mis-measured and had ordered the wrong doors. After more delays, they finally installed the two sliding doors in June. There were more delays with the custom framless, and they finally came to install it July 28, 2007. It turned out to be NOT what I ordered; it was not frameless. At that point, I decided that was enough. The original invoice was $2050, but after all the delays, we settled for $1200 for the 3 doors. The only reason they do not get an 'F' is because the people who actually came to install were professional and courteous. And even though it took 4 months and I didn't get what I wanted, I did get 3 doors ordered and installed for $1200, which is a good deal. Still, in retrospect I should have gone with a more reputable outfit and paid a little more, rather than deal with all the aggravation.
