Rock, you didn’t show up and you didn’t call. What you’re doing is very unprofessional. You’re inconsiderate and you simply don’t care about your customers. This is no way of doing business. This is not the first or second, but the third time that you did this to me. If you didn’t want the business, just say so. There are plenty of other professional contractors out there. I don’t know why I chose to give you so many chances. Last weekend, you said you couldn’t come because you had to be in Manhasset. However, why did you wait for me to call you to say that you couldn’t come? Couldn’t you have called me to say that you couldn’t make it? That was your first time so I figured I should give you another chance because this is life and things do happen. You then told me that you come do it Thursday night (August 29) at 7pm and you confirmed the time on the phone. Guess what? At 4pm on Thursday, when I called you to make sure, you said that you were not able to come for the 7pm appointment. This time you said you could definitely do Saturday between 3 pm and 4pm. Rock, you didn’t show up Saturday and you didn’t call me either. How immature and unprofessional. If you’re not interested, just say that you’re not interested. You did it three times. And the worst thing is that you didn’t call to tell me that you couldn’t come. You cannot be trusted.
