Very well. They arrived promptly, gave estimate and performed the job right away.

Called to first make an appointment. Didn't hear back from the receptionist after leaving a message so I called back. After the second call back, she was able to put me on touch with someone to give me an estimate. My shingles needed to be replaced (about 3 sets of them) and my window was missing aluminum framing. We agreed on a price and scheduled to make the appointment the next day. The next day his guys came on time, did all of the work, and finished within 2-3 hours. They recommended I check the work before they go. I was satisfied so I paid by check and was left happy so far. I'll update a few months from now to determine if the quality holds up.

They showed up on time, cleaned all the gutters perfectly and left no mess behind. Very efficient, clean and neat. Very professional. I am quite happy with this service.

I uses Galil Roofing for my roofing services.  They have been servicing my gutters and leaders for the past couple of years.  They were here around March of 2015.  They have an annual fee for the service of that, it's $150 a year.   The quality of the work was satisfactory.  The punctuality was satisfactory.

They did an excellent job, very neat and professional. The only negative is that they have been very busy and it took them a long time to come to do the work. I would call again.

They explained everything and cleaned up. The service was prompt and I was pleased with the pricing.

The boss came first for the estimate, and he was very polite and honest on providing an estimate. He said he will need to have some people come out the next day, but he actually called the same day and offered to have his crew come out. They then came out and cleaned the gutters and reinforced parts of the roof. Extremely reasonable price and pleasant people.

Everyone in the repair business was extremely busy in the aftermath of Sandy, but we did get a fairly quick response to our request for an estimate from Galil. We were told that we would have to wait for the repairs to be done, because of the volume of work, but that was to be expected. Within a reasonable amount of time, the work was done. We have a ceramic tile roof and it takes a certain amount of expertise to work on it without doing damage to the rest of the tiles. It is also difficult to locate replacement tiles. Galil had the necessary tiles and seems to have done a good job. The only minor complaint that I have is that they did not call us in advance to let us know when they were coming to do the work. I think that is not professional.

I will use them again in the future.

It took him a long time to get to me because he was busy. One thing I had a problem with was that they did not take the materials with them. They put the material into a garbage bag and said they will come back and take it, but they never did. I am calling them back because the bag is kind of heavy. Otherwise, they were fine. They were pretty responsive. I emailed them with some questions and they emailed me right back. They did change the date for me on one occasion because I was not going to be home. They were very nice about it. The only problem is that they did not pick up the trash. They were here right on time. The work they did was okay, but what happened was that they turned on the music and I had to call the company to ask them to turn it off because I did not want the people in the neighborhood to complain about it. They did turn it off right away when I complained. I would use them again in the future. Their business is very busy. The workers were pretty much on their own, but they did the work. They did what they had to do. I was pretty satisfied with them. They did come when I had trouble getting other people to come. They did the job for half of what the other person had estimated. I asked one of the companies I called for quote to send me an estimate by fax, but never did it. However, Galil went back and sent me a total breakdown of what it was they were going to do and the cost. They did explain the contract as well. That was much appreciated. They were very businesslike. It was just that they were very busy and they could not get back here any sooner.

I signed the contract with them and they will provide the work for me. They did not charge me for the estimate. First of all, the owner lived in the neighborhood and he had done a lot of work in the neighborhood. I saw their signs in the places that they were working. I asked the owners and they were very satisfied. So, I decided to go ahead with them. I looked at their work and their price was very reasonable. There was nothing in particular about them that stood out to me. I liked the owner and he was easy to deal with. He was very straight forward and there was nothing fancy about their sales pitch. He was patient and he explained the things that they would do. He took the time to measure everything better than anybody else. He climbed on the roof, looked around and did his work. His estimate was significantly lesser than the other companies. Overall, they were great. They have not done the work yet and so, once I see the quality of their work, I would decide about whether or not I would work with them again in the future. However, they have done a very good job based on what I have seen so far in my neighborhood. It was clean and neat. Everybody in my neighborhood that has got work done through them has been very happy.

Minor repair, but overall very satisfied.

The workers arrived unexpectedly. There was not call prior to their arrival. The worked was performed well, clean up was excellent.

They did an excellent job,. They did more than I would have expected. My neighbors even used them today.

They were unable to get to us right away, but kept us informed. Once on site, they called twice to confirm scope of work. An offer was made for a yearly contract, but no pressure whatsoever. I will use them again.

They were pretty good. They were quick. They were just coming to do the estimate but because it was an easy job they just did it right away. They were OK. They were not overly careful while throwing things off the roof.

The lady on the phone at Galil was very nice and quoted $75 for one-time cleaning of the gutter or $150 for a 1 year contract to clean the gutter 3 times a year. She told me I can decide which option after the gutter is cleaned. She arranged for the workers to come that Friday afternoon and informed me that I did not need to be at home. I was not at home and the workers showed up on time and appeared to have done a thorough job as there were a few garbage bags filled with gutter debris. Galil then sent me a bill after I decided to have the 1 year contract. This was a no fuss experience and I would recommend them for gutter cleaning.

A friend told us this company was good. We were happy to find out they were as good as they are said to be. I am not sure exactly what we paid. It was over two thousand bucks but real fair. Others may want to know that this is one nice guy to interface with and interact with. I would not give him a bad mark for one thing. He was a guy who knew what he was doing and I would surely contact him for my roofing needs in the future.
