Avi Rachmani did a floor to ceiling reno of our apartment in Lincoln Towers on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. We have nothing but good things to say. He and his crew did an outstandingly beautiful job, and got it done on time and on budget.

Avi Rachmani and his team started work in late summer, and promised a four-month process to completion. Even though we had to contend with Hurricane Sandy in the fall, the family was able to move in by mid December. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and dependability of Mr. Rachmani and his team. Mr.Rachmani was on site, every day for most of the work day. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and paid attention to each detail. He made good suggestions to help stay on target with the time limitations, and helpful in keeping us appraised of potential hits to the reno budget... when the client inevitably made changes to the project whilst it was underway. This was the second major renovation that we undertook with Mr.Rachmani and AVR consulting. Our first was a large Co-op combination in 2004. What can I say? How many contractors do you work with through such challenging circumstances and still emerge willing and eager to undertake another project with the same?
