About us
I am a general contractor with 40+ years experience in the building, renovation, and remodeling profession. I employ a small team of laborers who are experienced, curteous, and impecable in the quality of their work. I also have access to an excellent array of subcontractors whom I have worked with and trust. My projects include total gut renovations, working with difficult NYC co-op boards, as well as Victorian brownstone restorations. I am happy to work in concert with your architect, or independently to achieve your goals, on-time, and within your budget. Most of all, AVR Contracting is a company with integrity and accountability, whom you can count on for excellence and honesty.

This was the second major renovation that we undertook with Mr.Rachmani and AVR consulting. Our first was a large Co-op combination in 2004. What can I say? How many contractors do you work with through such challenging circumstances and still emerge willing and eager to undertake another project with the same?
