With one telephone call we will provide you with all of the information about our shredding options so you can decide on the right shredding service that fits your individual needs. Have questions? During the same call we will also be able to give you a price for the shredding service you choose and schedule your shredding service on the day that works best for you. We provide shredding services Monday through Saturday for the convenience of our shredding customers. No shredding job is too small or too big for Time Shred Services. Whether you have one box or thousands of boxes Time Shred Services will help you with your shredding needs. Our One-Time or Purge Shredding Option. If you need to shred just once or on occasion our one-time shredding service is for you. Our one-time or purge shredding service is shredding only when you need it. Scheduled or Recurring Shredding Option When you have an ongoing shredding need Time Shred Service’s scheduled shredding service is for you. We provide you with locked shredding containers for you to deposit and store your documents in until they are shredded. Time Shred Services then comes to your location on a schedule that is best for you. You can have weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or on-call shredding schedule. There is no charge for the supply of the locked shredding containers; you just pay for the shredding service when performed. All shredding is performed at your home or office. Our shredding truck comes to your location and shreds all of your documents before we leave. Our uniformed shredding technician will introduce himself and show you his company picture ID. Then under your direction your documents will be placed into our shredding bin from your containers or ours and then sealed. The bin is then moved to the truck where it is lifted and the documents are emptied into the shredder and shredded. It took me longer to get together all of the files to be shredded than the shredding itself. Time Shred Services showed up when they said they would, came to my apartment with a bin and dumped all of my paper into it, and then took the bin downstairs to their parked shredder truck and loaded the bin. I could watch on a camera on the side of the truck my paper being shredded. The whole process took less than 15 minutes.

Overall, they were good. There were some response issues that made me leave the "B" not "A". I had to call and email before I was able to book Time. However, the price was right and on the actual day the men/shredders were punctual and courteous and fast. Unfortunately, in the quickness one bag was missed, albeit by me. When I called to ask if I could meet the truck somewhere, due to the left bag OR if there was any other resolution, my call and email was not returned. Kind of a bummer, but otherwise this is a low stress process and Time was just fine. The problem was not the actual service....and for that is the important part.

I am very happy with this service. I was prepared to bring my bags outside to their truck myself but he came in with the bin and took them out. I stayed outside to watch and shredding went pretty quickly considering how much there was. I would definitely use them again.

When I called the phone number Listed, I was told to leave a message and my call would be returned promptly. It was never returned. When I called again, I got a live person who was very informative, helpful and professional. We arranged for a one time residential pickup. I did balk at the price as the amount of paper I needed shredded was on the small side, but I had to get the job done. The driver called as promised, arrived as promised and completed the job in such a professional manner I wouldn't hesitate to call Time Shred again. Still - it's a little pricey.

It went very well. The guys called in advance to let me know that I was the next stop, came to the apartment with the wheeled container and helped me stuff my papers in. Out at the truck I was shown how the mechanized process works -- container fed into elevator which lifts it up and dumps the papers in the powerful shredder inside the truck. I watched it all happen on a little monitor. Whole process from phone call to completion was 1/2 hour. Young guy and driver both expert, professional and nice. Staff at the office who set up the appointment and provided the Certificate of Insurance efficient, effective and very nice. I will use Time Shred again.

Both the driver and I were running a bit late; I communicated with the office and, later, with the driver so we'd both get to my place at the same time.  It worked out very well.  The gentleman who handled the bin brought it up to my apartment door and worked hard to stuff the paper to be shred into the bin so it would all fit.  He was efficient and polite, as was the driver who had to stay with the truck. The bin was brought downstairs, loaded onto the truck, and I watched on a monitor on the side of the truck as the paper was shred.  I could not have asked for better, more polite, more helpful, service.  I will definitely be calling these folks again.
One of the things I learned for the next time is that it is probably better to  store the paper to be shred in boxes rather than plastic grocery shopping bags.  (I used both.)   All of the paper was simply dumped into the bin and I got my boxes back; the plastic grocery bags were torn open so the paper could be dumped out and the plastic bags were left with me to throw away.  If I had known not to tie the plastic bags, I would have saved us a little bit of time and effort. Now I know.

Very punctual.  Oscar came on time and was very pleasant.  Shredded years of office documents in about 20 minutes at our storage unit.  Would highly recommend them and use them again.
