I HAVE CALLED THEM TWICE AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE. IT NEVER COST ANYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE WAIT ON THE PHONE WAS NOT LONG.
