They are great. They came and did he had to do. They clogged the drain and check it out, No complaints about the company and use them many times.

This happened during one of the Deep Freezes we had during the winter. I don't remember the exact date. I will say that after calling 4 other plumbers, they called back quickly and came within the hour. I was told on the phone that there will be a $75.00 charge just for an estimate if I don't get anything done. I asked if there will be an extra charge for "emergency" response and they said no unlike other companies who charge up to $250 for overnight service. This was at 8am on a Saturday. Once the plumber got there, he informed me the cost for a frozen pipe replacement starts at $550 for the first fix and each additional fix would be $350. I knew that was outrageously high but he was there already so I had him perform the work. He found 2 splits and fixed them quickly. My bill came out to $900. plus tax. The job took him less than an hour to complete and used less than $20 worth of materials. The work was solid so far...but I really felt I was taken advantage of. 
For that reason, I can't recommend using this company for anything unless you don't mind paying double top dollar for "real emergency" work.

Very fast response and plumber was very professional

Dan and Tom did a great job. They were on time, explained the process, were quite personable, and were professional from beginning to end. They were at the house for 2 1/2 hours and did not stop. A very tough and very "dirty" job completed with great results.

They are great, we have used them for years and we continue to use them.  It was quite a project and it was quite expensive for what we did but was within reason for everything else.  They had to bring in one their heavy duty equipment, it was not damaged or anything it needed some work and it did take a couple of hours.  They are fast, they come when we need them to, and we have been using them for so long that whenever we call they know where we are, and they are just good service providers.  We never had a problem with them.  They are a nice group of guys, very responsive and punctual.

We had our first visit in April 2013 when we had water leaking under the kitchen sink.  Repair man put in new pipes and leaking stopped.  Then in October 2013 called again as pipes were starting to leak under the kitchen sink again. Minuteman sent out the same repairman.  He came in asked if we had been "plunging" the sink.  When I told him I had not, he told me "not to argue" with him.   What???? where did that strange remark come from ??? Then after he spent about 5 minutes tightening the pipes he told me that there were more important things to worry about than my situation of the leaking pipes......what a strange comment to make........I immediately got on phone and spoke with a "supervisor" who said that this repairman had said some strange things in the past, but was a "damned good plumber"......Excuse me, but I don't care if he is a "damned good plumber" if he is insults customers and makes illogical comments.  Needless to say we will NOT be using Minuteman plumbing again....I would think if their employees are saying strange things to customers they would no longer employ that person.

I noticed a puddle near the hot water heater late in the evening and started calling 24 hour plumbers. Some didn't answer, for some I left a message. Minutemen called back immediately and answered my very specific questions. He told me who would be coming, at what time and what equipment would be installed.
The workers were polite, efficient and fairly fast. I have not had any problems with the water heater since.

He was very honest about the service.  He could have done the unnecessary work and charged me for it but didn’t. I was very happy with the experience.

Both times they responded quickly and did a great job. The price was high but aren't all plumbers expensive? He removed the sump pump and replaced it with a new one and it works great. They cleaned the mess afterwards. This job was $800. The other job was a few months earlier. It was a frozen pipe which burst and was leaking water. They responded immediately and had to install a cut off valve to the faucet outside (which was missing) and replace the broken pipe and faucet. This job cost $400. With both jobs everything works great and havent had a problem since. They responded very fast and did an excellent job explaining everything to us and did a great job in fixing the problems.

As I found myself in an emergency situation when my house trap and vent in the main line in my basement was cracked and water was leaking and flowing all ove my basement floor. I called three different plumbers who came in and gave me very high estimates. I spoke with a friend who gave me minutemen sewer and drains phon number. I called them on a Friday evening and some one called me back within 15 minutes. They scheduled an appointment for Saturday (the next day) at 9:00am. A gentleman by the name of Mike came and gave me a very fair quote, he said it would be about a three hour job. I told him right than and there to fix it. Mike ended up being at my home for about seven hours as the job became more detailed than he anticipated. The house trap and vent happened to be the original pipes that have been in my home since the house was built in the 1920's. he had to leave my home about four times to go get new parts as all of the parts that he had purchased just didn'tt seem to fit. Due to the changes in the parts they now make it took Mike a very long time to get the correct parts to fix the problem correctly. He didn't,t rush and he made sure to take his time and make sure that the problem was fixed properly. It only cost me $50 dollars more than what he quoted due to some extra parts that he did not account for (understandably so). I layed a tarp down where the work was being done . He kept the area as clean as he possibly could have. He also cleaned up after the job was completed and took all old pipes and parts with him. He was very knowledgable, nice and professional. I would highly recommend Mike if anyone should encounter any plumbing problems.

They charged $95 just to come to my house. He wanted to try many different approaches to fix the furnace. He didn’t know what was wrong and he didn’t know what he was doing. He wanted to charge me $690and that didn’t even include the parts and the board.

We are very happy with them. They are very polite. They realized it was for my mother, who is up in years. They are very neat. They were on time, and they are very easy to work with. The work was done as planned and there were no surprises. They knew their job, and they were very professional. I rate them high overall. The price they charged us was also good. They matched some other company?s price. They were very good all around.

I am very pleased with them. They do good work and they come when they say they are coming.

Had slow running toilet and problems with flushing. "Plumber" or his workers came and changed tank apparatus which was working fine and told my elderly parents to pour bleach down the toilet until it cleared. When they re called him the next day stating the toilet still didnt work, he told them they werent putting enough bleach down there and if they werent doing it it would cost them big bucks if he had to remove the bowl. He also stated he would have to charge them again if he was called again. They had already paid $300.00 just to be told to pour bleach in. I called the company (Mr Clark) who told me that the "plumber" had given him a receipt for my parents job and it said $125.00. I told him his employee might be ripping him off because my parents paid 300. in cash. He investigated and I called him back 1 week later and he told me the 300. was a fair price and he cant let customers decide how much they are going to pay for jobs as he has a lot of overhead. I told him his overhead would be more costly when he has no customers left. He eventually called my parents telling them he things they should get money back but we have not seeen anything or heard from him since. We are honest people who always pay for good work. I felt my parents were gouged for this minor job which included snaking, changing tank guts and having my parents use bleach. Didnt need their attitude either. Wont use again.

They came within a couple hours of calling, reasonable to deal with.

They did an excellent job and I would recommend them highly to anyone. They respond quickly and don t have any nonsense when it comes to their work. They are in and out and get it done well. When they came they were professional and answered all of my questions.

I CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF A FLYER AND COUPON. THE PLUMBER PROVIDED A GREAT SERVICE. IT DID NOT TAKE HIM A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB. EVERYTHING IN THE BATHROOM IS RUNNING SMOOTHLY.
