They are very reliable. They are very caring and they are very clean. They are pretty expensive but they are not as expensive in the city. For my dog I used to get the huge cage which is $50 or $60 a day. I went to Florida for a week and it was getting costly. So I reduced it to the next one down which is pretty large that is $47 a day. Overall I save a few dollars and not a whole lot. My dog is a big German shepherd. She weighs about 80 odd pounds and she can't be closed. She is very free at home so I don't have her locked in a cage while I am gone. I pay for that. There are some people who don't put their dogs in any of the cages. They pay for the luxury suites. When I walk in there is a suite and that is why they call it a pet hotel. They have a suite and I can pay extra for that. I have never really used it so I don't know what it costs. They are really good. I just have to make sure that my pet hasn't been to a groom, a veterinarian or any contact with other animals 3 weeks before. Otherwise they will not take them. They check them for flees as well. I think I used them once for grooming. I like them.

Used them several times now. They seem to really care about the animals and our dog always runs in there. Our dog stayed 2 weeks last year and had no problems.

I feel safe with him there and he comes back cheerful. They are very careful about the health of the dogs they board and do a really good job. I wish they had longer hours during which I could drop him off and pick him up, and their prices are not cheap...but i am getting quality care and peace of mind, so I continue to rely upon them. The people there are solid, nice and really care about animals. They also went out of their way when I needed to use them during Hurricane Sandy. I strongly recommend them and will continue to board my dog there.

I had many questions, which were answered without hesitation. I was shown around the facility, which really resembles a hotel. I brought my cat's favorite food and toys. They promised someone would play with the cat daily. They seem to care and like animals. The kennel the cat would be in was huge and it had a nice soft shelf for the cat to lie on. When I picked the cat up, they told me about the cat's eating and playing habits. I could see that the cat was well-cared for. This is the first time I have used a kennel to board an animal and I would use this kennel again.

They are very caring and nice people and seem to really like animals. Our dog is getting old and we felt he needed more care than the Vet boarding place could give him and I think we were right. He was less stressed and exhausted when we got him home. This place is expensive but you get what you pay for. They have quite a few rules including no trips to the vets, pet supply stores, etc 2-3 weeks ahead of time. The rules are for the best but the way they are presented seems a bit over the top at times. Overall an excellent experience and I recommend this place to dog owners that want a little better boarding for their dogs.

I do not like boarding my dog, but this is the only place I have found in this area that does a good job watching my doggie. They are probably the only place I would use. Its not cheap to go there, but I think they provide the best care and that is what my dog deserves.
