Maid Brigade

I have been using Maid Brigade's Freeport location for over a year now. Denis and his team are always professional.  The cleaning team does an excellent job on my apt, sends two or three people per visit, and they use cleaning product that do not irritate my sensitive skin.  Dust is always gone and my home is sparkling clean.  I would highly recommend.

We are very satisfied with them. They are great. They did an initial clean that was sparkling and we've had them back 5 times since then. They come every other week and they are really great. They have a nice team and the ladies are nice. They are very helpful and prompt. The price is based on the square footage of the house and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. They bring their own cleaning products and a super vacuum. It dusts the dirt right out of my house. It is quiet and it leaves no smell. I have a dog and I had a heavy dog odor in my house prior to this and I have no dog odor now. They are so fast that we had a couple of dead soldiers fall from the bathroom wall. They are so quick that sometimes things get knocked off the shelf. It wasn't a big deal and nothing horrible got broken. I've asked them to slow down a little bit.

The three ladies worked for 1.5 hours and did a good job in our newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Cleaned our shelves and replaced the items in cabinets. Denis was responsive with appt although they were delayed in getting to us. Overall a good experience.

They were terrible.  They were supposed to stay for an hour and only stayed for 45 minutes.  I pointed out things they did wrong and they still had 15 minutes and they said they had to go.  They all speak Spanish and I don't and it was hard to communicate.  They threw all my shampoo in the garbage.  They mopped and put the dirt in the corner and covered it up so I wouldn't see it.
