M and L Appliance

I was very pleased with their service. My washing machine had broken and was very expensive to repair. In purchasing my new machine through M and L, the service fee from the first visit was deducted, and the price of the machine completely reasonable. They took away my old machine, brought the new machine, hooked everything up, and showed me the differences between my old machine and my new machine. I was very pleased with their service and their promptness. Both of the gentleman who came to my house or a professional, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend this this company.

Over charged for part and labor

These are very nice people that responded promply and got the heat working before my wife even knew it was broken. The repair men were friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. Only issue was the price, seemed high, but i don't really know what repairs cost on average, so it may have been ok. Either way we are happy the heat is working properly, and no complaints from the wife. I would use them again.

The price quoted for this work was not the amount charged. The charge was ~$300 and the quoted price was ~100. The small adjustment they made did not seem to warrant the greater charge.

We paid only a service call because the part we needed cost too much in comparison to purchasing a new appliance.

Easy to deal with.

Gave me an honest opinion. Dishwasher needs a new control board. Told me it wasn't worth it to fix dishwasher and that I should just wait until it dies and buy a new one. Diagnosis was expensive though.

I had no experience with appliance repair and they were very kind. They got there the next day and even worked on the weekend. I cannot compare prices but I am very happy with the experience.
