we used them twice we thought the second time would improve . it got worst. terrible customer service second dealing charged us first day. dragged us around for a month. we called them almost each week and they would tell us give us another day or two and we will get back to you. unprofessional install first time we dealt with the company, after installation, they had misplaced / lost the thermostat box which contained the code for connecting to wifi. no follow up service and thus thermostat was never connected.

Dealing with Lyons Air Conditioning was nothing but "the best" service contractor I have dealt with. Bruce Lyons (owner) was very professional ,reliable and more than reasonable. Bruce explained what needed to be done and he did it, exact words "leave it to me and I promise you I will do what needs to be done!" He Did. He and his workers were a pleasure, they installed my systems & left my home spotless. I would ONLY recommend Lyons Air Conditioning

I'd give them an "A" across the board.  Responsiveness definitely an "A".  I do get a discount because I'm part of a co-op.  They are timely and efficient.  Usually takes about an hour and they clean up after themselves.  I never have a problem getting a hold of them.
