I was very satisfied with his service. He was prompt, came immediately to inspect the damage and give me an estimate, and the work was completed within two days. They arrived early 8:45am (Heavy rain/snow did not allow for it to be done sooner.) He seems to specialize in tree surgery, pruning and removing and fireplace wood (these services were noted on his invoice). He presented me with his bill when they completed the work; the invoice was properly made out so I could submit it to my insurance company for reimbursement. The three men worked the entire time they were on my property. I was very happy to see that none of them smoked or threw cigarette butts on my lawn, drank coffee, ate breakfast, sat on the lawn or asked to use my tools or bathroom!! They were very professional and competent and did their job well.
