The fence turned out well. I appreciate that the contractor carted away all the old fence and small tree. However, this contractor did not return to take care of one small detail that we agreed on, consequently I cannot give him a top rating which I otherwise would have.

Not well. The contractor did not erect dust barriers when doing the rip out. As a result dust was everywhere and it left us cleaning up. Not only did we need to clean up, but the wall painting was sub par. I had to go over the work myself and cut into the ceiling and apply a second coat. The application of joint compound was also messy, particularly in the bedroom where care was not taken and it was on the furniture. The contractor was prompt but I feel they were also in a hurry to complete the job and get paid. They even removed an air conditioning register and forgot to replace it when the new ceiling was placed in the living room. They came back to install it, but it had been in the trash was scratched and they did another quick job so it is not aligned as the others around the house are. The ceiling doesn't meet properly at one end of the living room and the mess on the bedroom rug was not cleaned up as promised.

His work was extremely expensive for the work done and the quality provided. I had him fix some of the issues and even in that regard it was not corrected, just more less patch. It was absolutely terrible. He didn't show up, was bad at returning phone calls. His prep work was not of good quality either. I do not feel I got a fair price for the work and the quality

Although John is a very nice man, I didn t appreciate the fact that I had to wait in between his other appointments in order to have this job done. He did the drywall very well, but the grout wasn t sealed properly and this caused bad staining when my husband would use his anti dandruff shampoo. We thought the quality of this could have been better and because of his lack of any real work schedule that could work with ours, we won t be using his services again.

Mr. Lopinto showed up early in the morning as he promised and went to work immediately, he explained any problems he was running into and how he was correcting them (the house is over 85 years old - so the walls are not exactly straight anymore). He was very clean he left the house in perfect order and the job was beautiful.

We found this company off of Angie's List and we were very satisfied with the work he did. He is responsive and shows up when he says he will. He also does a very good job cleaning up. I would use him again if I needed to.

Came when he said, applied new tape & plaster. Came back two more times to sand finish.

We are satisfied and we would use him again. We do have more work.

John came to my house gave me an estimate, we set up an appointment to do the work - the men came on time, they were all very polite, professional and worked more than 10 hours to get the jobs done.

JOHN IS AN EXCELLENT PERSON. I HAVE USED HIM FOR A VARIETY OF THINGS. HE HAS ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB IN ANY TASK HE HAS DONE FOR ME. HIS PRICES ARE FAIR AND LOW.

THIS MAN TAKES A LOT OF PRIDE IN WHAT HE DOES AND HIS WORK SHOWS IT! HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK AND IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT HE'S DOING. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME EVERYDAY. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HIS WORK. I AM VERY SATISFIED.
