 + -1 moreIn late June of 2013 I received a call from this company to perform work on the gas meter at a property I own. I scheduled the appointment for July 9th 2013 from 8am until noon. I arrived at the property at 7:45am on July 9th. I waited around until 9:00am, at which point I called my contact at the company. I received no response. I then contacted national fuel(the company who they were sub-contracted out from) and they told me they would get ahold of them to see the issue. At appx. 9:30 am I got a call from S. St. George stating that they would not be able to make it..an hour and a half AFTER they were supposed to be at my property. I rearranged my schedule for this company, and they took advantage of me and did not even have the common decency or courtesy to call me and reschedule.
Description of Work: They did nothing but waste my time.
