 + 0 moreI have no dislikes whatsoever about them, only likes. Otherwise I wouldn't use them. They are excellent people. They clean up after themselves everyday. They come every morning when they are supposed to. They leave every night when they are supposed to. Everything is back to normal by the end of the day. They finish on time. Their price is reasonable for this area. When you want quality work done, you pay higher.
Description of Work: COHEN & FRAZIER BUILDERS completely redid a bathroom. We bought the materials and they did the work.

 + 0 morethey arrived when stated used top quality parts and were respectful of our house at all times.
Description of Work: They replaced 2 interior ceilings and insulation, also repaired 2 roofs that were damaged from ice falling. The work was performed in a timely manner, workers showed up at specified times, they removed their shoes when entering the house, and when finished each day made sure every speck of dirt was picked up and removed. I would recommend this company for large and small jobs to anyone.

COHEN & FRAZIER BUILDERS offers the following services: We are a full service builder. We provide full carpentry, electrical, roofing, siding , plumbing and HVAC work. Our remodeling expertise is unparelled. We have remodeled/repaired 100's of upstate homes. Kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, porches, garages, barns and gazebo's are projects that we have great experince with. We are also certified by DELTEC as a certified "roundhouse" builder.
We do not do excavation, septic, well drilling or foundation installation. We generally subcontract all of this out.
