As mentioned before I have used Guinta and Sons for several projects.
Their great professionalism and quality of work was beyond my satisfaction.   Without question I would continue to use their services and would HIGHLY recommend this company for your next project.
No I am not on their payroll !!!

Everything went great.  The foreman was on time and prompt.  Born and raised here in the states, with a good eye for detail and organization.  He had good control of his crew, and supervised all work that was done.
The crew kept the mess down, cleaned, and raked to make sure they caught anything that might be left behind.  They repaired seams that were starting to open up, installed heavy weight metal edging to ensure the roof did not allow any water in at the edge (or lift up), and installed metal flashing compared to the tar and fabric the previous installer had used.
I will probably have them back in the spring to address the garage roof.  The quality of work was second to none compared to some of the work I have seen done at friend's houses.

From start to finish these guys came in like a swarm -- unreal the speed at which they work. I've been using this company for over 10 years and see no chance that I'd ever go anywhere else. Strictly top notch mechanics and there's always a Foreman on the job. I have absolutely no complaints and in the 10 years I have used this company I have never had a problem arise. The jobs get done fast, efficiently and the right way -- forst time-- every time.

In general, the job was done pretty well, although crew worked late into darkness, which concerned me, because they couldn't really see what they were doing.  The big issue came into play with the fact that the vendor was advised that the house would have stucco added to it after the roofing job.  That meant additional sides were going to be built up and required additional roofing tiles to assure water would flow off the roof without being captured in the new stucco.

|This was not done!  After the stucco was installed it became quite obvious that the roof tiles did not go beyond the edge of the roof, but actually ended before due to the added stucco.  Vendor was made aware of this, and REFUSED to make the proper adjustments without either myself or the stucco company paying for additional material and work.  Horrible customer service, with the owner being absolutely unreasonable, abusive and refusing to take responsibility for his error. While the roofing job itself was done pretty well, discounting the issue at hand, the horrendous customer service afterwards was totally unacceptable. The vendor has lost out on a few potential recommendations because of his penny wise, pound foolish attitude.  Not a smart way to do business.

I didn't have any problems with this company at all. It seems a son has taken over the company. The serviceman came when he said he was going to come. They showed up on time and did everything they said they were going to. They did a good job. Everything went really well.

MR. GUINTA AND HIS CREW ARE SO EASY TO WORK WITH, AND I TRUST THEIR OPINION ON REPAIRS THAT I MAY NEED. I AM GLAD THAT I HAVE FOUND A COMPANY THAT IS CONSIDERATE OF MY BUDGET.
